BREAKING: Governor Adeleke has appointed 29 permanent secretaries (full list)

The Osun State Governor , Senator Ademola Adeleke, has approved the appointment of 29 new Permanent Secretaries in the State Civil Service.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued by Head of Service Ayanleye Aina and obtained by newsmen on Monday.

Aina said the appointments will put an end to the usage of Coordinating Director that has been in use since the administration of former Governor Rauf Aregbesola.

The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are:

β€œThe swearing – in ceremony of the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries holds tomorrow, Tuesday, 30th May, 2023 at the Local Government Service Commission, Abere by 04:00pm.

β€œThe Governor has equally approved the confirmation of appointment of Surveyor Soladoye Abioye as substantive Surveyor General and Mr Ijiyemi Ijidele as substantive Statistician – General with immediate effect.”

β€œIn the same vein, the Governor has graciously approved that the rights and privileges of a Permanent Secretary in the State Civil Service be accorded the Director General of Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC) now and henceforth. This is with a view to repositioning the Corporation towards efficient service delivery.”
