A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mike Ozekhome, and circle of relatives of the Indigenous People of Biafra chief, Nnamdi Kanu, will on Friday release a cheque of N1m for his capsules and feeding.

This became because the Special Counsel to Kanu, Aloy Ejimakor, raised the alarm after travelling Kanu along with his own family contributors on Thursday.
Ejimakor said, “I visited Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in organization of Prince Emma Kanu and Barr. Nnaemeka Ejiofor.
“He informed me to make it public that he has no longer been given his drugs for the past 9 days and he has no longer eaten today due to the fact DSS says that they don’t have money to buy his meals.”
Ejimakor defined this startling revelation as “sad”.
Confirming this improvement, Kanu’s younger brother, Prince Emma Kanu stated, “This is a confirmed tale.
Yesterday (Thursday), whilst we visited him, he has now not had any food.
“I requested them (DSS) why, they stated that there may be no money for his ordinary meal and that they don’t have any cash.
“So, we’ve got also defined the whole lot to the SAN, Mike Ozekhome.
“By today, SAN will prepare a cheque of N1m to be passed over to the DSS for his feeding.
“I will also make sure I boost money and take the DSS along with me to ensure he has sufficient food to consume since the federal authorities can’t take care of him.”
