Confirming the incident in a declaration, the Anambra State fireplace chief, Martin Agbili, stated firefighters who had been right now deployed to the scene, after a distress name, battled the hearth for the duration of the night time.

He said, “At about 1:02 am on Saturday, the Anambra State Fire Service, received a misery call of a hearth outbreak at No four Ajasa Street, Ose Main Market, Onitsha, in which they promote drums of chemicals.
Immediately, we deployed our fireplace truck and our ever-prepared and fearless Firefighters to the fire scene. We rapid into movement, battled the fire, controlled and fought it to a standstill.

“The cause of the fireplace turned into unknown as nobody become there while it started out. Although, the fireplace destroyed approximately three stores but no existence was lost at some stage in the heavy fire. A lot were stored as we prevented the fire from spreading to different shops around the fire incident scene.

It is important to understand that we should always switch off of our electric and digital appliances in particular whilst it isn’t in use.
