INEC Allow those that registered & haven’t receive their PVC card to vote (Check the procedure).

INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION (INEC) now Allow all nigerian citizens that register and haven’t receive their PVC to vote with this method.

Anyone who didn’t see their PVC should confirm their names on

To check your name and copy your last 5 digits VIN.

Once your name is there, copy the last 5 digits of your VIN and keep it handy. With that you are eligible to vote.

That is what the BVAS has done for us.
