Singer Tems Wins Her First Grammy Award 2023

Nigerian singer-songwriter and producer Thames won his first Grammy Award.

Thames shined at the ongoing 2023 Grammy Awards, collaborating with American rapper Future to win his first performance award for “Wait For You” featuring Drake.

The song won the award for Best Melodic Rap Performance, beating Kendrick Lamar’s “Die Hard”.

By winning her first Grammy Award, Thames also became the first Nigerian artist to win.
