South African rapper AKA shot dead in Durban

South African rapper Kiernan Jarrid Forbes, better known as AKA, has been shot and killed in South Africa.

Sad news came from South Africa. Popular rapper AKA has been killed in a drive-by shooting in Durban. Durban police sources confirmed that rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting on Florida Road on Friday night.

Hours before he died, he was seen getting his hair cut at a barbershop, and he was in a good mood.

During his lifetime he worked in South Africa and beyond with the likes of Burna Boy, Sarkodie, Ice Prince and more.

Kiernan “AKA” Forbes has passed away at the age of 35. Before his death he was an award-winning rapper and entertainer. He left behind a daughter and other close relatives.
